Address change?
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email (info.Rgbeautybar@gmail.com) immediately.
Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES + REFUNDS?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are ZERO REFUNDS! This being skin care line, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges due to the nature of our products & for sanitary purposes. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
If any package is Lost or stolen we’re NOT responsible. You are liable to file a claim with USPS for Lost or stolen packages. Issues with your order such as missing or incorrect products. Please contact customer service via email at: Radiantglowbeautybar@gmail.com. We will do our best to rectify the matter.
Receiving funds
If your item is returned to Radiant-glow beauty bar for any reason, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs.
